1. By entering our discussion areas you are agreeing to abide by the guidelines above and acknowledge that anything you post becomes the property of the Capitalism Magazine, its assignees and licensees.
2. We reserve the right to prohibit users who in any way violate acceptable forum behavior from participating in our discussions. 
3. You may not upload to the Web site, or distribute or otherwise publish through it, anything that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic or abusive, or that otherwise violates any law. Users remain solely responsible for the content of their messages. You shall not post on the Service any Content which:

• is libelous, defamatory, pornographic, abusive, harassing (no epithets or slurs, are permitted) or threatening. You are responsible for your own postings and can be held legally responsible for your remarks. 
• contains viruses or other destructive features
• violates the rights of others, such as content which infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or violates any right of privacy
• otherwise violates any applicable law.  
• links to any external Internet sites that are obscene or pornographic

1. We discourage 'flaming' other individuals or divulging personal phone numbers and addresses.
2. The Forums may only be used only in a noncommercial manner. You shall not use the Service for any commercial purpose, to distribute any advertising or solicitation of funds or goods and services or to solicit users to join competitive online services. You cannot, without the express approval of Capitalism Magazine, distribute or otherwise publish material containing any solicitation of funds, advertising or solicitation of goods or services. 
3. No repeat postings of the same message under multiple threads or subjects. Repeatedly posting off-topic messages or "spamming" our forums by posting the same message in multiple topics or otherwise deliberately disrupting our forums is unacceptable behavior that may result in the user's losing all forum privileges and access to our site.
4. Parents are responsible for monitoring their children's use of the bulletin boards. 
5. Capitalism Magazine does not and cannot review the content posted by users on the Service and is not responsible for such content. However, Capitalism Magazine reserves the right to delete, move or edit any content (including content posted in any Interactive Area) that it may determine, in its sole discretion, violates this agreement or is otherwise unacceptable. You shall remain solely responsible for all content posted by you.
6. Capitalism Magazine shall have the right, but not the obligation, to correct any errors or omissions in any Content, as it may determine in its sole discretion. Our forum software enables a user to edit and/or delete his or her own post for approximately ten minutes minutes after it has been submitted to a forum. We regret that we cannot honor requests to remove posts after such time period except when such postings violate our editorial and business policies. 
7. Capitalism Magazine reserves the right to remove the posting privileges and/or edit the messages of users who violate these standards of forum behavior at any time. While we do not and cannot review every message posted in the Forums and are not responsible for the content of these messages, we reserve the right to delete, move, or edit messages that we deem abusive, defamatory, obscene, in violation of copyright or trademark laws, or otherwise unacceptable. 
8. Capitalism Magazine does not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any content posted on any Interactive Area and you acknowledge that any reliance upon such content shall be at your sole risk. Any content placed on any area by users are the views of the user posting the statement, and do not represent the views of Capitalism Magazine. The Service may contain links to sites on the Internet which are owned and operated by third parties ("External Sites"). You acknowledge that Capitalism Magazine is not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any External Site. You should contact the site administrator or Webmaster of those External Sites if you have any concerns regarding such links or the content located on such External Sites.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Capitalism Magazine and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, owners, agents, information providers and licensors (collectively, the "Capitalism Magazine Parties") harmless from and against any and all claims, liability, losses, costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees) incurred by any Capitalism Magazine Party in connection with any use or alleged use of the Service under your password by any person, whether or not authorized by you. Capitalism Magazine reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and in such case, you agree to cooperate with Capitalism Magazine's defense of such claim.

Capitalism Magazine reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to restrict, suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of the Service, including the Interactive Areas, at any time for any reason without prior notice or liability. Capitalism Magazine may change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspect of the Service at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or Content (including the Interactive Areas), without prior notice or liability.
11. Users who post messages to forums make their e-mail address available to others through an automated feature of our software. In the past, we have found that the availability of e-mail addresses can facilitate the development of our on-line community, and ensure that users take a level of responsibility for their postings.
